hi all, i live in italy, and for ITAR regulations, gun shop can't ship nothing (a sunglasses too, can't ship outiside of USA). the gun part importer in italy (brownells and midway) doesn't have this stupid plugs...so i can buy directly from USA(with brownells and midway italy) a slide, barrel...but not a stupid piece of plastic?!

how can i buy and receive here in italy?!?!

It might seems a bit stupid since it is a small plastic part, but still is considered a gun part and they are prohibited to ship outside of USA.

Who did you buy your M&P from? You should go ask them to order the parts.

Stefano, if you are asking a forum member to ship to you it's not good to ask for people to do something illegal no matter how stupid we may think the law is.

If you meant no leads on dealers available to ship to Itali... then that's different as they should fully know the laws.

There are a lot of good guys on this forum that go out of their way to help other members out who might want to help you and in doing so get themselves in a lot of trouble.

i don't know US laws... i know italy laws... here in italy, you can't ship outside the country, or from me and other italian around italy, if is a essential part of a gun, like (bolt, frame, barrel, striker, hammer,frame...) sights, magazine, back straps...are not a part of a gun..

the question is, and the question is for american people who knows the laws... i little insignificant plastic plug, wich only has a aesthetic effect, enter in ITAR regulations?
