Adjustable Sights on PC Shield

I am confused I called S&W performance center and asked if the rear fiber optic sight on my PC Shield 45 is adjustable, they said NO.
I had emailed the same question to S&W earlier, they said YES.

Obviously I am confused. The rear sight has an allen screw that can be loosened. Which answer is correct. The gun shoots well no issues with 150 rounds. I am left handed and the impact of the bullets is 3-4 inches right of point of aim.

According to the owners manual, windage adjustments should be made by drifting the front sight only, not the rear.
Regular M&Ps say the opposite.
I'd have someone else shoot it to make sure its definitely the gun, before moving anything.

You can adjust the sight, it takes a sight pusher to move mine. BTW, it is probably not the sight if you are shooting low and or right as a lefty. Need to work on grip and trigger pull.
