Relieving part of a Kydex holster to accommodate a slide mounted optic is an easy Dremel DYI project. I’ve done it on a couple of holsters rather pay the maker an extra $10 to do the same thing.
JM Custom Kydex can probably help you out with the base holster for a 4” Shield.

MTAC and just notch the front edge of the kydex body for the optic . My wifes has the same set up for some years with a 4.25 M&P core and rmr optic . Order the "SLIDE " version of the kydex body and the small amount the slide sticks thru well be fine . I can carry a p320 full size in a compact kydex straight body .
Comp-tac says this is a 4:00 to 5:00 rig but I wear mine at 3:00 . carrys high on my side and is very adjustable
