FDE colour match

Hello all,
I recently picked up a brand new m&p 2.0 in FDE and upon arriving home I have noticed it had 2 nice wear marks on the slide from what I assume was rubbing in transit.

I was hoping someone would know what Cerakote best matches?

There are many shades of FDE. I would definitely contact S&W Customer Service, especially if this is a new gun damaged in transit. They should fix it under warranty or at least be able to tell you the specific product code for their FDE.

if they won't replace it you can just buy a new slide. in fact buy another m&p 2.0 fde with thumb safety, clean it up, embalm it in anti corrosive, and put it in some nice closed cell foam inside a pelican case. then you can take your marred gun and shoot it and handle it without worry. s&w deserves and appreciates your support!

You're going to drop a couple hundred on a Cerakote job. Then you're going to put that gun in a holster and it will look like it does right now a week later.
