Shield Plus models and state compliance

I'm looking to pick up a Shield Plus in 9mm with no manual safety. My state has no extra compliance requirements, so I plan to buy the one with no state compliance mods. I looked at S&W SKU: 13248. But then I noticed on the S&W site it says "STATE COMPLIANCE CO,DE,IL,MD,OR,VT".

Could someone verify for me whether this is a model with extra state mods, or not? Thanks in advance.

You answered your own question. Those States require either a 10# trigger, Mag Disconnect, etc. .
The NTS models that do NOT have that statement are the ones you need to look for.
