After disassembling and reassembling, I cannot get the mag to load. Any ideas? I saw a post that said the trigger is not cocked. Using the charging handle does not seem to work, so how do you manually cock the trigger? Thanks for any help.

Review your owners manual on disassembly and reassembly of your mag.
Sounds like it was reassembled incorrectly.
