Bud's has these on sale for $473.49. I really didn't need a 40, but I could hardly turn it down at that price. Once it got to me, I added a thumb safety and swapped the trigger out for one of the new optics ready flat triggers.
I made a slave pin for installing the trigger pivot pin and spring from an old worn out watercolor paintbrush my kids had laying around. Made the job easy. The bristles were trashed, but the handle was still useful.
