Anyone know if/where to obtain the parts to add a thumb safety to a 5.7 that came without. I have run across a great deal on one that does not have the thumb safety, and I am very old school in that I will not have this style gun without one.
Please, no comments on the good/bad of a TS.

Bro, I am guessing that one would need a trip back to the MotherShip. Is the deal so great you can afford the two-way s/h, and the part/s? FWIW, mine has the safety, and it's my favorite design so far in their plastic line-up. The Sheild's doesn't have enough meat. The M&P doesn't have enough positive lock to keep it in either position.

Would not consider sending back for that. Cost plus they would have it for 2 months, ( if they would do it at all), for something I can do in 20 minutes at home.
