I had an original stainless M&P .45 for years. My son manages a local gun store and I bought this one (police trade-in) with two 4-1/2" barrels (one threaded), 4 SS magazines, original case, SERPA holster, etc. for $495 OTD. How could I go wrong with that deal? It was an excellent and dependable pistol and pleasant to shoot, although I did give the threaded barrel to my son for his M&P .45 because back then I had no plans to purchase a suppressor. Just last year I traded that .45 for an M&P 10mm 2.0 (4.6"), with which I have been extremely pleased. However, I do miss that .45!
