I'mm wanting to use this setup with the C&H precision plate. This is as no nonsense as you can get, (slide, adaptor plate, optic). Will I get co-witness capability? if so, about how much? Thanks in advance.
Anyone use anM&P 2.0 with Holosun 509T optic

I installed a Holosun 507C (under $300) and a C&H metal plate (~$75) on my M&P 10mm 2.0 a year or so ago. My 10mm has tall factory iron sights and co-witnessing with the Holosun is excellent. The plastic S&W plate and screws did loosen up after about 400 rounds, even with some blue Loctite on the threads. That's when I decided to go with the C&H plate and haven't had a problem since.
