Another new M&P 10 Owner [pics]
I'm sure most here are sick of looking at the rifles others have, but I am to pleased with this rifle to not at least show it once. I did a little upgrading on the furniture, made a muzzle brake for it, and put some Troy battle sights on for the back up system. Rifle shot great on Wednesday - hit 20 out of 20 off hand on a 10" plate at 80 yards without even sighting in the iron sights first!
Not sure what kind of main sight system I will use yet. Anyhow - here's some M&P10 porn candy.....

Thanks guys - I really like this rifle. I was a bit skeptical at first about buying one. I already own a couple of M1A type rifles, and wasn't sure I wanted to drop the $$ on another .308, but I'm sure glad I did!

I just turned down a chunk of 1919 Browning barrel I had laying around from a chop off long ago. I guess I saw something similar somewhere, cause I'm not a designer by any means. I have a lathe and a small mill/drill so it was relatively easy to make.......

Nice I can't wait for S&W to come out with a Magpul edition. Usually cheaper then swapping out parts and you usually get extras with them.

It is the Pmag 20. Rifle came with one S&W 10 round mag, so I needed a couple of spares anyhow. I'm used to the 20's with my M1A type rifles, so it was a no brainer for me.......and I can relate to $$ shortages too!
