QD sling adaptor

Im sure this has been addressed already, but I can't seem to find what Im looking for. I have a Magpul MS4 Dual QD Gen2 sling. I was wondering if there is anything out there that would allow me to attach it to my M&P10 with a single point? Also, are you able to replace the "D" loop by the hand card with a QD attachment? Im pretty new to this style rifle so any info and details is greatly appreciated.
 
And be sure to watch a video on how to replace it - there’s a spring loaded pin behind there that will shoot across the room if you’re not aware.
