no, Tan is used more for "desert Tan" much lighter color, closer to Sand.

That it what the outside molle webbing is for. You can add molle AR pouches and add as many as you want. Its full customizable.

I just wanted to post an update after having some range time with my bag. It will hold 2 ar15 16" barrel in their stock configuration snug. However, running lasers, red dots,or scopes will limit you to just one AR comfortably.

One question. Isn't a 'stacked single mag pouch, that holds TWO mags, actually a 'DOUBLE mag pouch'? Just wondering.

That is a good reason to order this bag over others. You can configure it for any philosophy of use. Hell add a 10x10 inch pouch on the outside and now you have a pistol holder. While your at it, order some pistol mag pouches and web them next to your ar pouches. The possibilities are endless
