New Purchase I had to have!!! *Dies*
Alrighty, I stepped out and purchased a new set of Lee .223/5.56x45 (thats what they say) reloading dies. After my range time yesterday I have 70 pieces of brass just crying for some 60 something grain bullets. Was there ever a consensus of what is more accurate, Ballistic tip, FMJ or hollow point boat tailed. I am asking cause I dont want to reinvent the wheel and it is easier and cheaper to ask than to go buy boatloads of each.

I just spent the last hour reading bullet reviews, the Hornady V-Max in 55 grain up to 60 grain got excellent reviews especially for M&P15 owners with the 1-8 barrel...looks like that is what I am going to try. Cost wasnt bad either, and there were a couple of reviews using the powder that I have here.

I've shot them in a couple diff. Coyote killin guns, keep in mind range, as the heavier bullet has less wind drift at 300 + yds. The 55s fmj doesn't seem to move much out to 300, but we have very light wind down here.
