- EOTech 512 holosight (bought in 2005--I'd get a more compact EXPS if purchasing today).
- Troy rear folding battle sight.
- Streamlight TLR-1 light with remote switch.
- Custom Defensive Products BLAM bayonet-lug mount.

Flash hider (Smith Vortex)
Front sight (YHM Folding gas-block sight)
BCG (full-auto BCG)
Trigger (Spikes with yellow springs)
Trigger guard (Magpul enhanced)
Rear sight (Troy folding battle sight)
Buffer tube (enhanced buffer tube - no castle nut)
Stock (Magpul CTR)
Action spring
Pistol grip (CAA UPG-16)

Added:
Magpul BAD lever
QD Sling swivels
Aimpoint PRO
Nikon M-223

The only parts I haven't replaced are the receivers, the barrel, and the hand guard.

my m&p 15 t came loaded but i changed the pistol grip put on an eotech and took krylon cammo paint to it and it looks super cool..lol other then that ...well heck, i guess i only changed the pistol grip and gave it a new color..lol
