Looking for a certain sling, Help!
I was watching Guns and Ammo T.V. the other night. I only caught the tail end of the show. This guy was shooting a AR-15 with a sling that attaches to the fore grip and butt stock. It had a quick adjustment on it so it could be adjusted with one hand. Anyone know which sling it is? Sorry for the vague description. Thanks.

Will this sling work properly on a M-4? Looks like you need the buttstock adapter for it to work right.

Does it have a loop of the belt material that you grab to move up or down?

Yes and no....that isn't what I would call it. There is device that tensions the strap...it has a piece of para-cord on it. Pull on it and you can extend the sling length, one handed. If you pull on the free end of the sling material, it will shorten the sling.

Out of curiosity, if you don't mind me asking, but what brand / model of scope is that on your AR-15?
Thanks.

I have looked at the picture and I dont think that it is an AR15. It looks to have the S&W rollmark which would make it a Modern Sporting Rifle or if you must a M&P15. AR15's are manufactured by Colt. Just wanted to make that clear.

As was stated, it is a Trijicon ACOG. It is a TA11J with a green reticle and provides 3.5x magnification. I've used it at numerous training courses and it has never let me down. Takes a while to get use to using it with both eyes open (optional method of use). I love using it. I'll be taking another course in about 4 months....can't wait to run it through its paces.
