Default Help! M&P15 Sport Lower Magazine release catch

I have a M&P15 Sport (California Bullet Button Model) and I am installing a Raddlock Bullet Button. I need to replace the factory magazine release that the bullet button threads into. I have seen the piece for around $6.00, but I was not sure if it is a standard AR magazine release because of the bullet button. I have also read that some are longer than others and I wanted to but the correct one. Can someone provide a link to a place where I can buy the correct piece? That blue loctite was a real you know what to remove. Luckily I read on a forum to drill the side out opposite of the threads and that made it easy, but now my magazine release needs replacing. Thanks for all your knowledge, it really helps us newbies

Welcome to the forum. Have you looked on the Raddlock website for info? I don't have to deal with a bullet button as I live in VA, so I don't have any working knowledge of them. There is alot of other member's on here from your state who can help you out. Give it a few, they will be along shortly.

I have done some reading and it is a standard AR15 magazine release. I ordered one from Riflegear and they confirmed that it would fit my M&P15 Sport. Thanks for your reply, this site is wonderful and I appreciate the help!

Don't buy that little thing on amazon. It's totally not worth it.
