Trouble with rear sight. Cannot separate the two diameter holes from one another. I thought it only had one hole diameter but looks like two put together. Tried pressing my finger nail between them, appears to separate a little but I think I might break it. Dose the small hole sight flip down forward? I break things real easy so waiting for further instructions .

I have yet to find one that moves easily, maybe by design. It will move, but is just very hard. Once you get it to move, add a touch of oil. Work it many times and it should free it a little, but it will likely remain hard to move. I never use the large aperture, so for me it doesn't matter if it is tight.

Yes, the forward aperture flips down forward, and yes, it IS a PITA...you'll break your fingernail doing it that way.

I used my razor knife. Blade doesn't have to be that thin, but its what I carry as a pocket knife...
