Don't worry about the scratches on the bullet and case. They are normal. Eugene Stoner wasn't worried about the condition of the brass when he designed the rifle.

Are you letting the charge handle go when chambering a round or riding it forward? If the bolt is not all the way forward, you will get light strikes that will not ignite the primer. Pull the handle to the rear and let it snap.

If your reloads are getting stuck, they probably are not being sized enough. If the factory ammo is sticking, it may be on the large size. Again, don't ride the handle.

AR's are notoriously sensitive to dirty chambers and barrel lugs. Get a brush like the picture down below and keep both the chamber and lugs clean. What are you using for lube, and how much? Sometimes a new AR needs to be run almost to the point of spraying excess lube until it's broken in.

MichiganScott seems to have pretty much covered it. Look at the chamber and feed ramps to make sure there isn't any abnormalities.

For the charging handle, pull that thing like you are rip starting your lawn mower and let go. Let the thing slam home. That is how it was designed to operate to make sure if fully goes into battery while hot and stripping a round from the magazine.

Also, look at your magazines. Is it just one magazine that the marking up the brass or all of them? If it's just light scratching, that is normal. If it's a heavy gouge, there could be a problem.

Just keep it wet and don't worry about break in. The fact that you shot 150 rounds before you started having problems would suggest that it's already broken in and you have other issues.

Wet, wet, wet. At least for the first 1000 rds. I know us Smith guys like our guns to be pretty but lube needs to be seeping out of every crack.

Disagree... it needs to be lubed, but not to the point that oil is seeping out or being flung as the bolt moves.

OP, are you trying to manually cycle rounds through the rifle by pulling on the charging handle and pushing it forward? I don't quite understand the scenario you are trying to describe... however the light indent on the primer is normal. The firing pin is free floating, and as such will move forward and hit the primer when the bolt is released. However, it should not have enough force to cause ignition.

No it doesn't. I've run wet to just a wipe of oil. I've run oils and greases. What needs to be lubed is the bolt & bolt carrier rails. I put a few drops of oil on my fingers and lube the bolt. I put a drop of oil on each rail and spread it with my finger.

Find a method and lube amount that keeps you from worrying. Stick with it.

I liberally oil my bolt assembly, but not to the point is seeping out of every crack and crevice.

Give it a good cleaning and fresh lube. I clean every time I shoot. You'll have fewer problems.
