Just ordered a M&P15T Centerfire Rifle
I just ordered a Smith & Wesson M&P15T Center-fire Rifle and i already plan on replacing the pistol grip and adjustable stock to a FRS-15 ENHANCED STOCK. I plan on using it as a defense/daily carry while out riding. I hit the range often, and we travel allot. i prefer the non-pistol grip with my disability. I am also looking for info on a good and reliable 1-4 scope, bi-pod, and flashlight for it.

Flashlights:
Surefire or Elzetta products, both top quality but cost $$$
Streamlight ProTac Rail 1 or 2 if on a budget.

Man unless you are in a ban-state which I didn't think ID was I would reconsider that stock choice. LOL Unless you are forced into such and option by a "assault style weapons ban" I don't see any advantage to that setup.
What is the purpose of the rifle? Is it a range gun or defense gun? It is for gun games like 3 gun? Can really recommend a 1X4 scope without knowing the intended use.
Bipods I like Harris because they are decent and won't break the bank. I prefer a decent rest off a bench and unless you are shooting prone a lot or off the hood of you truck I don't recommend a bi-pod too often.
For flashlights again it depends on the intended use. I personally do not like cables and button pads or push buttons my my rifle so I look for lights which mount and do not require dangling things off my rifle. YMMV.
As will all questions about gear/accessories and add ons IMHO you need to tell us to how you intend to use the gun so we can give meaningful advice. If you don't give use that type of info then we will simply tell you want we bought for our intended purpose which may or may not relate to you and your intentions.

As WVsig mentioned... it would be helpful to know the purpose.
As far as a light... one thing to consider is that a light/mount can be problematic interfering with hand position.
This mount and Surefire light is a bit different in that it extends the light beyond the handguard.

OK I can understand the use of the stock then.
On the glass how much are you looking to spend. On the low end side you have scopes like Vortex and Primary Arms but I am not sure I would push either of those into a duty defense roll.
The Leupold VX-R Patrol is a nice optic but its pricey and it is 1.25X4 at about $600.
Leupold Optics VX•R Patrol 1.25-4x20mm (30mm) - | Leupold Optics
Burris makes the MTAC which a lot of 3 gunners like but again I would not necessarily put it in the duty optic category. If it fails at a match you still go home.
MTAC™ Riflescope 1-4x24mm | Burris Optics
For lights as I said I don't like pads and buttons so I went with this. Inforce WML Weapon Mounted Light - Haley Strategic Edition - 200 Lumens LED Mounted it offset with a BCM keymod mount.

The Bushnell is ok for a range toy but I would not trust my life with one and for a range only gun I prefer the Primary Arms or Vortex because of the warranty and support.
The light is in stock at Amazon. Click the link. Primary Arms has the FDE one in stock for $103 the black is out of stock. Give them a call because they might have more inbound.

Ok... got it.
There's a couple ways to go for a bi-pod.
For a conventional bi-pod stick with Harris. Solid and reliable. They make different lengths that a disability might be more important to be the determining factor than anything else. Plan on using a 10rd or 20rd magazine. They also come in different configurations. I prefer the leg "notch" and "swivel" design but I don't use them on ARs.
For light weight, easy deployment and doubling as a forward grip, there's the "Grip Pod".
Between the two designs above you should find what works best for ya.

Just remember that a decent rest is going to be more stable than the bipod off a bench. IMHO

I've got a Bushnell 1-4x on one of my .22s (pic below). It would be fine for recreational use on an AR, and tons of folks do.
However, If the gun is designated for self defense or duty I would look elsewhere. And generally, that goes for all magnified optics under under $500 that come to mind. I'm sure there will be some moans and groans among the readership over that broad statement... that's my general view of it. A Leupold VX•R Patrol 1.25-4x20mm might be worthy of consideration.

Nice.
There's different versions of the VX•R including the Patrol, and variety of fire dot recticles to choose from.

I would go with this one if it was me for your intended use. The recticle is not a precision tool IMHO but it is made for hitting man sized targets at spitting distance to 300 yards but if you are looking to punch tiny groups in paper this is not your scope.

Also don't forget a decent mount. Since it is for use on a defense rife I suggest quick detach mount like this one.

In the last month or two I started looking at bipods. Then I decided I didn't want any more stuff on my rifle. I had a zipper top tool bag that is about 9 long by 4 wide and 8 high. I filled it up w/ pieces of plywood cut to dimension. It has two carry straps and it's a light weight even filled w/ plywood. It's a great rifle rest at the range, cost near zero, and is easier to carry around than the Caldwell adjustable model I was looking at.

Just curious but am I the only one that thinks a scope and bipod on a HD weapon is useless?

I assume you're talking about horseback. Whether you're carrying in a scabbard or slung on your back, any game or animal threat will be long gone by the time you get all that rattling hardware up to your face to shoot. And as far as a HD rifle, you won't be able to acquire a close-quarter target quick enough unless your home is the size of a football field.
For compound duty as you require, I suggest a quality dot sight instead of a scope. Or buy two rifles.

Beyond using a bipod....
A simple vertical grip and using the bottom of your grip hand to rest against whatever the support surface is can be a quick and effective method to provide decent stability in variety of different situations. Adjust hand grip for height.

Via my neck damage i dont have the hand strength for a foregrip. rifle would shake to much for it to be useful.

Nice setup. Looks so much better than having the thorsden stock. Wife has had the carpal surgery, so I've got a good idea of what you are going through

You might find it more comfortable if you moved the hand grip back to about 1/2 way on the rail ..
My wife says its more comfortable for her there then extend to the end .. must be the angle of the wrist .. She has had the carpal tunnel operation on the left one .. she has a medium frame 5'7 .. 138 pounds so may have shorter arms ..
