M&P Sport upper?
Is a Sport upper minus BCG and CH worth $150.00? The thing is about 70 miles from me, so I emailed the seller and asked him to send more photos and asked the round count and where the parts went. I was thinking of building another AR. Thanks.

Not in todays market. By the time you add the BCG and charging handle, you are at or above a new complete upper from PSA.

If it is a low round count 1 in 8 5r rifled barrel on it and I wanted a spare I would pay that. It would be nice if at least the BCG came with it.
I would want an inspection period which included firing a few rounds through it to make sure it was not shot out.
The added cost for a charging handle or new BCG would not be a big deal for me as it would be a replacement upper and not for a build.
