is it true .. Glock 17 holster for sigma 9ve

alot of choices for the 17 .. I make leather hosters but carry in plastic. Will fobus or the other 17 holster work with the sigma? And what are you boys using for extra mag/s. Those I might do in leather but thought I would ask

A lot of people say holsters for the Glock 19 will fit the Sigma, but not the Glock 17 (which is full size). I use the Fobus HK-1, which is made to fit HK's, the Sigma, and the Ruger SR9. For extra mags, I usually use the Fobus double mag carrier, or the one made for the Springfield XD, which has adjustable tension, depending on the thickness of your mags.

I don't know about the Fobus, but the Blackhawk Serpa for the Glock 21 fits the 9ve...I used to carry mine in one. It's a little longer than the barrel, but not enough to worry about.

I have a Fobus holster for a S&W M&P that fits my Sigma 40F, as well as my Model 4006. It provides a good fit for either pistol, and has a tension screw as well. For < $20.00 you could do a lot worse, in my opinion.

The xd mag holder is PERFECT.
