Default sigma firing pin removal

I purchased a 40sve and have put 600 or so rounds through it with no problems, this is my first hand gun and am happy to own it.My question is how often should the firing pin be cleaned, and are there any links to photos or videos on how to remove it from the slide? Thanks to all that contribute to this excellent site!

Try this link to a Youtube video, as well.

On my pistol the sear and striker are not square. Contact is only made across 2/3 of the sear / striker surface at best. When new it was only 1/3 of the surface. I need to stone this out! Just haven't done so yet.

I lent my stones to a buddy so he could rework a few of his firearms. And now they are all ruined.

My striker / sear wear pattern is similar to what you're seeing. It's about 60% contact. I was going to square them off, but I need to make some kind of Jig to ensure i'm not just making the problem worse.
