Replacement Front Sights for SW9VE

Greetings, all.
I'm brand-new to the forum, and happy to have a network of S&W users to consult and share issues with.
I just purchased a used S&W SW9VE, based on reviews and the attractive price point. I got it for a terrific price - $190 - presumably because it's missing the front sight. Do any of you know a good source for replacement sights, the approximate cost, and if it's possible to mount it reliably myself? I'm not a gunsmith, but I'm fairly handy and willing to bet I've got the tools available to do it with. Thanks!

If you are missing the front sight already then there should be a small oval hole where the old sight use to be. I have a SW9f and have a glock sight Hi-viz FO on it. I bought it on Amazon for around $24. It might need some slight fitting or it might drop in. Mine required a little filing. I took a fine file and filed each side of the long sides 3 times each and tried the hole for fitting. Took my time and after awhile it pressed lightly in. It is easier to get the screw in with the tool they sell otherwise you still need a hexhead metric nut driver. I have "older" eyes, so the fiber optic front sight is wonderful for me.
