What a sweet gun
Finally the rain let up and the range was unflooded to I got to shoot my Sigma 9ve today. Also picked up an SW 16 rnd mag off the rack, stroke of luck as only one was left.
Shot two boxes of Champs (less 20), 8 rnds of Hydra-Shok 124s and 8 rnds of PDX1 124 +Ps. All went well including the two 10 rnd mags and the 16 rnd mag. Got a 7" group on the target at 21 feet. Mind you, this is my first time with this sweetie but they all hit and the target's not even life sized.
I did have a problem with the 16 rnd mag. The 16th rnd is hard to put in and hard to put in the gun so I left it at 15 rnds. I guess 15+1 is plenty enough.
Yes, I like the Sigma.

I think the only people that don't like the Sigma are the one that haven't shot one.

It's a great value that's for sure.
Got a question, is it a DAO or SAO? The trigger is short and crisp but nice. I wouldn't mod it. My PF9 has a long trigger but it shoots as well.

Just picked up another Sigma this morning, the SW9VE. Previously owned, $202.00 with the inflated State of CT tax.
Outside of the barrel being dirty, as is the case with most preowned gunshop buys, this looks brand new, less than 500 rds I would say.

The speedloader? That would be great but my problem is the spring seems compressed already at 15. The 16th was an effort and putting it in the gun was really hard (more compression). There I felt that was too tight and when I removed the 16th round there was a relief and easier to put in the gun.

I'm sitting here with a strong urge to go shooting but can't afford to yet. I never thought I'd have a love affair with my sweetheart er, Sigma.
Well, at least I get to fondle her.
EDIT: by the way, I noticed the trigger is hinged. Is that a safety feature?
