I was over on the ghost inc website and noticed a couple parts that I might wanna try out. Has anybody entertained this idea? Or is it a waste of time? The slide stop looks identical to the sigmas and I like the description of the spring retainer cups. I figure if they fit ALL glocks then these just might as well fit the sigmas too.

The back plate has nothing to do with these parts, the retainer cups are at the opposite side of the back plate

i wouldnt risk it personally. but if you want to try, let us know how it turns out

I am friends with the people at Ghost Inc.
I just spoke to them to confirm what I believed.
I will NOT work in a S&W. They are made for Glocks, and
the Ruger SR9/40.

What is wrong with your Smith?

If I have any trouble with mine, it's going back to Smith for factory repairs.

In my humble opinion, the SD is what it is and doesn't need anything done to it other than shooting it.

Im a mod junkie, and i thought it would be interesting to see if it would fit since the parts are so similar. Thats all, just curious. Im sure it they wouldn't fit without a little modification to the part itself, ie filing or bending slightly. Just like the Apex trigger in my sigma, its "made to fit" the sigma along with the SD but i had to file a little of the trigger itself for the trigger to reset. Point being even a part advertised to fit our guns in reality doesn't fit without the purchaser or them or gunsmith having to modify it. A little out of the box thinking goes a long way.
