You guys are a bad group to hang around with. I’ve been following the 10mm conversion thread so when I saw this for $350 I couldn’t resist. Honest carry wear but internals look good. And that green flat spring is stout.

That is a heck of a good deal.
I like the two tone finish. Or is it bi-tone? Whatever is the correct term you have a sweet CS.
Congrats and enjoy.

I almost started a tread on just that. Two-tone, Bi-tone or better yet in the Revolver world they are called “Pinto”

I thought that collecting the Chiefs Special's semi-auto's would be easy.
9mm, 40 S&W and 45 ACP. All shinny stainless steel.
Done right?
Then I see a "dark" one on that big site.
Now a cool Two-Tone.

Great deal! I just picked up some CS45 mags so I won’t have to gut my 40 mags. They’re going for a lot cheaper too! Less than $30 as opposed to $75plus. Still kind of on the fence about it, though. I ordered a 22# spring and I’m looking into which buffer I need. I’m hoping the 3rd gen S&W buffer made by Buffer Technologies will be the right one. Right now, I’m still playing with my Mauser M2 10mm conversion. I figured out the .40 mag followers were binding and I couldn’t get more than 8 rounds to feed properly, so I swapped in a follower from one of my EAA Witness 10mm mags and it took care of the problem...hand feeding anyway; I still need to get to the range and try it out live fire. I also learned it fits nicely in my Sig P239 Milt Sparks VM, so I might give it a try in the CCW rotation once I’m sure of proper function. It will probably end up being my truck gun once I convert a couple more mags and order more followers from EAA.

Sorry for the thread drift, but somebody said 10mm!
