Taking my new BG380 to the range for the first time tomorrow.
I'm sure the laser is way off to the left. How easy or hard is it to sight in this gun? Worried a little about the problems being posted with the BG380 but I'm ready to find out if this gun has any. I waited too long for this pistol to be released to give up on it now. I'm sure S&W will fix any problems with these early run pistols and everything will be ok.
It shouldn't be any harder than any other pistol. Clean before range, read the manual carefully, put in a snap-cap and dry fire a few hundred times. Concentrate on solid hold. If you are hitting off, get a coach to check your stance trigger finger and support hand.

Who notes most problems are shooter problems.
Sighting in your laser is easy, just be aware that the point of impact will differ according to range. I thought my laser was slightly off when I first shined it on a wall and looked thru the iron sights. But soon discovered it was perfectly aligned at 10 yards from the factory. Just sight in at a range you are comfortable with and dial it in with the supplied Allen wrench. The manual gives a good explanation on sighting in your laser.
Once sighted in your bullets will go wherever the dot is and you'll be amazed at the tight groups you'll be shooting.
Here is a 6 round group I shot from the hip at 7 yards.
