Default Big Dog CS45

After reading on this forum, then joining, I've been steered down the
path of...???? something, anyway.
Have been looking for the best gun for me for sometime. Seems like
just about everybody else is on the same path. Thanks to forum members here for introducing me to the CS line of autos. My 1911's were a little too large for my hands. After hearing from mlk18, I went with the .45 ACP.
It fit my hands well, and even better now with the "BigDog" grips, which
arrived today. Installed in minutes (minuets??) and went to the range.
Fits my hands even better now, and they fit perfectly on the gun.
I'd never have known of the CS autos w/o entering this forum.
I attached a pic of the new grips, and a comparison shot with a M36,
and a .380 Mauser HSc.
The BigDog grips were not pricey at all, for what you get.

I was amazed at how easy the change-over was. Worked as a
mechanic for over 40 years, but am intimidated by firearms. Used an aluminum punch to push out old pin, and used same for final seating of new pin. Didn't take much effort. Great instructions, plus pics.

face. Kinda like me! That instruction cover letter is really slick, too.

Your CS45 looks great with G's Grips.I came into the CS9 due to my smaller hand size also.I could shoot the double stack 9's but they just didn't feel right. The CS9 felt like it was made for me.When those Hogue grips started printing the gun on my T Shirt I gave G a call and the rest is Big Dogs CS9 grip history.Enjoy and God Bless

Mike......Cruizer was very instrumental in the making of the CS9 and was The Big Dogs first customer for the 9 also. He helped me get the bugs worked out and ready to go.
I also owe lots of Thanks to S&W CQB45 he too was very helpful in getting us going.
Thirdly was a Lady member that goes by Wrench......She also shared pics and angles with me.
Thanks to all
G
