Any Reliable aftermarket 4006 mags higher than 11 rounds?

MidwayUSA currently is selling new, factory S&W "40 TSW 11-round Stainless Steel with +2 Round Grip Adapter" magazines @ the "clearance" price of $24.62. This mag will fit your Model 4006, gives you a thirteen round capacity and I've never seen it sold cheaper.

It was a good thought to pass that along, but, it's still only an 11 Round magazine w/ plus "2" adapter base.

The "plus 2 adapter base" turns a 9 round "Shorty 40" weapon into an 11 round grip.
Or a 12 round magazine in a 6906 into a 15 round weapon using a 5906 magazine.

It's obvious that I have no experience with the +2 round grip adapter-I just spotted the offer on Midway's site and after reading the description (interpreting it wrongly, it seems) assumed it added capacity to the Model 4006. From what you're saying, am I to understand that the mag in question won't work in the 4006? If not, I'll have to return the darn thing because I ordered one for my Model 4006...bummer!

Compare your 4006 stock magazine that you have and see what you'll need.
Then call Customer Service at S&W,
Tell them you have cracked pieces or you lost yours and they will send you the parts at no charge.
Hold on to the Plus 2 Adapter parts, you'll need it down the road, I'm sure.
