Default converting a SW PD 45 to a 38super

I have a 4 3/4 PD in 45 that I am planning on converting to a 38 super. Any one done this? I am thinking a barrel and mag, does the slide and ejector have to be changed out?

Thanks,
Dave

Yes, you would need a complete upper and the ejector. Usually you can switch .38 Super and 9mm with just a barrel.
