Default Bodyguard

I have a new S&W 380 Bodyguard that I am returning to S&W for the third time for repair. I have been unable to fire more than a couple rounds without the gun jamming or misfire using both Remington and Winchester ammunition. The first repair from S&W resulted in replacing a firing pin and other adjustments. My first trip to the range after the repair resulted in the same jams and misfires verified by the range master. I sent the weapon back to S&W who says nothing wrong with the gun and it meets specs. Just returned from the range and have a round (4th round fired) jammed hard in the gun.
When I talked to the S&W representative, after the last return, he blew me off saying the gun worked for them and not much can be done. I’m now getting ready for my third return (the round is jammed hard enough that I’m afraid to try un jam because of potential damage to the gun) and wonder what my next step with S&W should be. I don’t trust the weapon and this lifetime guarantee seems to be all talk –no action. Anyone have any suggestions?
