*sold*

Hi,

I am a revolver fan and totally not into pistols. Not that I dislike them, I would love to add some to my 'collection' of five guns. But five is the max where i live so, i have to make choices.

Now I came across this locally and bought it. (Netherlands, Europe)



Now what do I have? It's for the first models I believe?
Of course I have bought it for the fun, and for re-selling. In revolver parts I have some experience but not in semi auto parts.
So I must ask, what is the value? Or did I bought something stupid?

You are correct that it is for the original model 39/59 with the lollipop rear sight. There have been a couple of these show up on e-bay over the last few months. If I remember correctly they sold for around 30 U.S. dollars.

I have always wondered if these worked with the factory original front sight or if it would need to be replaced also. Maybe someone else will chime in with more information.

What would Skeeter do?

I bought one from numrich once and it turned out to be pretty fragile and soon broke.and I went back to the original. I no longer have the M39-2 that I had it installed on.
