Default Need info for replacing hammer on 3913

I have a new-to-me 3913TSW and I"m wanting to replace the bobbed hammer. (I have the new spurred hammer assembly and know the strut needs to be swapped out.)

I've replaced hammers on Beretta pistols before, but when looking for info on the S&W all I see are complete detail stripping instructions so I can't tell what pins/parts I need to remove to just allow me to R&R the hammer.
Any help is appreciated.

Not to bring back to life a old post, but I would like to do the same thing as UCLALAW.

Besides the info on putting it in, does anyone have info on what is needed.

Thanks

Here's one of the videos that shows the process.
Smith & Wesson Mod 4506 advanced takedown Part 2 - YouTube

You don't actually have to remove the sear and pin, but you will need to push it out a bit to deal with the side plate. Be careful of the forks on the side plate. They can bend and break.

Here's a pic from my 915of the parts you will have. Like I say, you don't have to remove the sear and pin.
