Default .45 Super & .460 Rowland in 4506 & 945?

Are the 4506 and 945 robust enough to safely be used with .45 Super and .460 Rowland, or would I be ruining four, perfectly good guns?

The full and mid size 45xx can handle the full house .45 Super if you install the recoil kit, as offered by Hindman.

According to the ACE custom website the mid size 45 like the 4566 can only be modified to handle the 45 super tactical loads which are just about like +P 45 ACP loads
