Those were not the original sights. I'd ditch them; they look like butt.
The mags are $25-35 each depending on condition.

They appear to be Millett replacement sights. The black follower mags with the square indents on the feedlips are the newest design and worth the most, I see them $20-30 around here.

Kind of curious why somebody would put adjustable target sights on a DAO bottom feeder?
I would think of that as more of a concealable type or duty type configuration?

My thought exactly. Kinda like a putting a 5 point harness or a roll cage in a Prius.
