A pancake style is probably best for concealment. I've got one each of Don Hume 721OT, a Lobo Gun Leather, and a Simply Rugged, each for a different gun. All are very high quality, reasonably priced, and conceal very well.

I have had good luck with Gould & Goodrich gold line for the 3913 series. They are very good holster for the money. The gold line versions remind me a Galco but for less money. The Bianchi Black Widow is also a very good holster.

I carry my 3913 IWB in a Desantis Sof-Tuck. It's comfortable for all day carry. Easy to draw and reholster.
Got it at Optics Planet for under $20 but looks like they are now $20.69

My 3913 rides in either my Kramer #3 or a Milt Sparks VM-2. Not cheap solutions, but are as good as it gets.
might work for you.

Galco "Cop" model works well.
I prefer the ones that Tim Thurner, of TT Gunleather can make for you.
Photos below show a Galco OWB with my 5906, and TT Gunleather for a 4014. My TT is an IWB, but Tim Makes awesome OWB's as well. (and good belts):

I picked up a nice owb from bulldog cases that my 3913LS fits in just beautifully. It was a real steal for only $20.00!

I had Ray at Lobogunleather make me an Enhanced Pancake holster for mine. Nice quality, the price is very reasonable, and excellent availablity. The gun stays right there in the holster, nice and tight to the body.
Sorry, no pics, but you can see them at his website. Ray is great to work with, and he's a forum member.
Another quality holster maker is Lefty, at Bell Charter Oak, he's also a forum member. I'm going to have Lefty make a holster for my new 649-3 that I just bought. Can't figure on what to buy however, he has many fine holsters.
Either of these fine gents would make a holster that you'd be proud to own.
