Bought this one, 1996 production, NIB a few years ago, put the Hogue grips on it, and have been carrying it ever since. It has been completely reliable and I have been very happy with it.

I've had mine for 3 months, put about 500 flawless rounds through it. Fun to shoot, 0 problems.

I don't know what it is but I LOVE the 3rd Gen S&W pistols!! I buy more modern designs but always end up going back to the 3rd Gen.

Nobody else?

I picked mine up yesterday..It's the light rail model. Looks brand spanking new with 2 mags but no box. It $475 out the door. I love it!! I wish S&W would bring back the 3rd Gen guns. I would love a 6906 as a TSW model.

Good deal on your 4013TSW PRESSPICS. I have a few, 2 of the 4013TSW's, 2 3913's, a LadySmith version of same for the wife, and a 3913TSW. They're ALL voracious in what they'll eat, and I mean ANYTHING. I haven't had any problems with any of them, and I think the last one I bought was about 5 years ago. I don't shoot them every week, but often enough. The 4013TSW is a great carry gun, very comfortable. You'll be happy. Best of luck to you! Be safe, Dave
