Question Model 41 Bully Barrel Question

I was lucky to get a Bully Barrel for my model 41 while Ray was still producing them.

I know he's no longer producing BBs, but I was wondering if anyone had his contact info?? I have a production question for him.

TIA,

Greekfed

Ray-Vin Contact Page

This is how I contacted him.

I was lucky and found 2 barrels on the same day late last year.

Could you send me a pic of yours to compare.

I have s/n 20 and 79..

Herman,

I believe my Bully Barrel is #81. I can't send pictures right now - still recovering from rotator cuff surgery last week. Will try to get some soon.

BTW, I sent my Bully Barrel to CCR Refinishing for their House Black finish. I didn't want to turn my 41 into a two-tone!

Red face

Herman,

These are not great photos, but my best effort for now:

I really need to set up some good lighting!

Nice Greekfed.

I would love to have a stand like that.....

I am thinking of putting a burris fastfire 3 on mine which looks similar to what you have.

How do you like the optics on it?

Thanks, Herman

That's a FastFire II pictured and so far I like it.

I recently mounted it and haven't had much experience with it yet.

I used a tube-type sight on the Bully Barrel before I sent it off for refinishing. The Burris is much lighter, although you have to develope the skill of picking up the red dot quickly.

BTW, I found the stand on-line. Either on E-Bay or Google by searching for "pistol stand".

Stay well!

Thanks, Herman
