3913 NL Guess what my wife stole??
I bought a 3913NL last week and picked it up today. I kept telling my wife she would like it but with my gun buying spree lately she wasn't listening. This is the 3rd in a week. I bought a 29-2 long tube and a 459. Neither of which she got very excited about.
Well when I told her to take a look at this... she opened the box, cleared it, took a sight picture and pulled the trigger. Then she thanked me for HER new gun 
Excuse the quick crummy photo. I'll post a nicer one in a day or so.

I saw one of these in the Ladysmith version last weekend for $650.00. It was in nice condition but I don't think it had the box.

One of these sold on GB last week for $686 w/o a box. This is not that one. But they do command a premium. I fits my hand like a glove!

Mike, I had just the opposite happen, I had bought a 3913LS as a surprise gift to the wife, hoping to get her to give up her PPK/S she carries. She looked at it and said it was nice, but she will not give up her PPK/S.
Over the years, I have found that if I tell her and label certain pistols as "HERS", she has no problem when I bring another one home. At least she doesn't say much about it. One of her other favorites is a Browning BDA .380.

Nice Gun Mike......your post made me chuckle....I bought a 4013TSW about a year ago and my wife held it and didn't like it. Once we got to the range she decided to give it a try and immediately began calling it hers. Then she asks if Smith makes something similar in a 45 so I jump on this and scour the sites and finally bought a 4513TSW which came in today....guess who got his 4013 back?!...Trouble is I love the 45 as much as she does....sigh!

I think something along the lines of ......it is better to have loved and lost, then to have never loved at all..good looking gun, hope your wife likes it.
