Default 4566 black parts

Bought a LNIB 4566 last week and I don't care for the black trigger, hammer ect. Is there a bunch of SS parts somewhere for those of us who'd like to replace the stock black parts? I'd like this to look more like my 4506. Thank you.

If there are I haven't seen any. Might have luck finding them on an auction site from a pistol someone has parted out. Alternatively, you could find a gunsmith who could apply the silver duracoat finish on the pats, or do some form of hard chroming on it.

Thank you lawman90, I'll do that. BTW, as a very young guy (early 1960's), Lawman was my favorite western. Sheriff Dan Troop was a stud, didn't see him again until Pale Rider came out with Clint Eastwod. John Russel is just as good... as a bad guy!

Trigger: Go to Brownells under Factory Schematics (4006) type in CHP Trigger. It's a new trigger with the flash chroming applied.

Hammer: Go to Gun Parts and type in Smith and Wesson 6906. They should still have some of the bobbed hammers. If you prefer the spurred, go to 4006/5906 and look for the parts you want.

I did the black/flash crome changeover on my 4566s. First came the hammers and then came the CHP triggers when I stumbled on them thru Brownells.

Hope this helps!
