Made in China! Made In CHINA!! May Laser on my Bodyguard 380 does notwork!!
Bought it on Saturday Sept. 1 and went to the range Sunday Sept. 2, it lasted 5:Minutes!!
I would of Gladly paid extra, for one made in the USofA!!
Bodyguard 380 went through 200 rounds 0f 95grams AMMO, with no anomilies!!
Most 10's, some 9's, 5 or 6 "X's".
Totally AWESOME Pocket Gun!!

LOOK BEFORE YOU BUY.You should have bought a j frame and added Crimson Trace Laser grips and then you would have had a REALLY AWESOME pocket gun that the laser worked on.

Have you looked up insight technologies on the web? I really don't know where you got the idea that the laser unit was made in china. I have often wondered if someone was stupid enough to spray the weapon with clc in the laser area. That unit is not sealed.

Wow! Good info, was about to clean my BG38 with my usual douche of WD 40 now I'll stay away from that sweet lazer--that is not Chinese. Nixon had many faults and China was one of the whoppers!

Same thing happened to me on my new .38 Special Bodyguard with factory installed laser sight(s). While trying to sight the laser in, it stopped functioning all together after about 15 rounds of +P. Smith & Wesson will send you a brand new one, all you have to do is ask. Install takes seconds, and my replacement has been good as new since then. They will tell you to check the batteries first, FYI.

I'm was wondering the same thing. Maybe it's a hand load with 75 grains of Bulleye.

If you're relying on electronic to put your bullets on target, you'll quickly find out that they fail when you need them most.
