Flitz?
Can someone tell me if you can use Flitz to remove light
holster wear on a bead blasted 3rd. Gen(6906)? Will it
leave it shiny & alter the texture? I'm picking up a new
(to me)ex L.E. unit tomorrow. Any suggestions?
Thanks!

I've read where some people have used super fine grade
scouring pads. Does anybody have any experience with
that?
Thanks!

Flitz is going to leave a shiny spot on a bead blasted finish.

To replicate/touch-up the factory finish....
Use a 3M Scotchbrite pad in fine or very fine (product#7447) along with a little oil and light pressure.

Will this work to remove the little random marks and swirls on my 3913?
Here's the gun, since everyone loves pictures. Can't really see the swirls in this light.

I use a green Scotchbrite pad and Hoppes #9 to clean everything on my pistols that won't come off the conventional ways. It is especially useful for burn rings on the cylinder.
