It appears to me that the difference between a 10 round and 12 round magazine, on the 422 and 622 .22 LR, is the extra plastic that is used on the bottom of the internal internal slide.

Is there an easy way to take the 10 round magazines apart and cut off that extra section of plastic...thereby making it into a 12 round mag?
