Default Shorty Forty Mk3 Information Sought

Working remote up in rural northern Arizona and came across what I think is a Shorty Forty Mk3 in a Pawn Shop today. I wasn't able to get that close a look at it since the owner with the key to the case was out to lunch. What I could see was a matte blued finish, adjustable rear sight that looks like a mini Bowmar, DA/SA with the Smith slide mounted safety and the barrel stamped on top, "40 S&W Performance Center".

My standard catalog of Smith & Wesson is back home in Phoenix so I don't have that as a resource. Any idea on price? Gun looks to be in great condition with a few handling marks, no idea how many mags or if it has the original box. Is it possible with the rear of the slide cut for the adjustable sight to have a set of Novak's installed? I'm intrigued, If I can get it for a good price I think it may be going home.

Thanks in advance.

The range would be $700 to $800 and would depend on number of original mags with PC logo, original box, manual and sight adjusting tools. If you examine it and the handling marks are minimal, $800 would be a good price if complete as listed above. If not, begin deducting an appropriat amount from the $800 for the missing items. This is just a reference for you to negotiate from. If it is nice enough and complete, you could go to $900 and have a fair deal. Good Luck.
