Hate to do this but I NEED YOUR HELP!
I have TWO, new in box with all paperwork, 410S's
Consecutive numbers
Stainless steel
FACTORY, in grip, laser's
NIB, unused
Getting that time where someone should be using them so, I am thinking of selling them.
I don't want to qouge someone but I don't want to give them away either.
WHAT ARE THEY WORTH TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
Lets get a few answers

I would say $450 max, for each. Research on gunbroker may produce actual ranges in which these were successfully sold.

I think you guys are missing the "LASERS" part of the description. More like $550 should be the price.
Hope this helps.

Not familiar with that model so I did a quick search. My impression, it is a low end gun in 40 cal. Eight years ago that was hyped up caliber which probably drove up the price a bit but I don't think its all that popular now. Putting lasers on it wouldn't necessarily make it all that more valuable in the used market either. My advice (admittedly worth zero) is enjoy shooting them (probably won't hurt their value much) or sell them, lick your wounds, and move on.

With a gun like the 410S I can't imagine that consecutive serial numbers are something someone would pay extra for. In fact selling them both to the same person might require a quantity discount.

Probably no help, but..
You would probably come out ahead to put stock grips on and sell the lasers separately. Its kinda like used cars/bikes in a way, for example; a used vehicle blue book valued at 10k is just that, even if it has custom paint job and 4k in accessories.
Sadly, what folks pay is not always what its worth.

The 410S is from the "Value Line" of 3rd Gen autopistols once sold by S&W. They are nice guns and should give years of good service, but they are not worth what you paid, even new in the box.
I wish that you had asked this question before you made your original buy. Around here I don't recall them ever selling for more than $500 even then when new.
Like the old adage goes... "You make your money on the buy, not the sell..."

If you have $1500 in them your best bet is to hold onto them for another ten years. You're not sittin pretty right now.

I agree and they don't eat anything, so there is no cost to ownership.
