CS9D price check
Not up on 3rd G's like some here.
Today I saw my first CS9D ever, priced at $399 with 2 mags, condition was very good+(no scratches, gouges, etc) with box and paperwork. Looked clean.
Good, decent?

You better RUN not walk back there and buy that. Wow that is a very good price. Be sure to post a picture when you get back.

My opinion, it's a fair price not a screaming deal. One of the online auctions has a couple on there now, there starting bids were 350 to 500 but no movement on them but a couple of days left on them. There's a CS45 that's over 600 out there too.
I have a CS9 , it's a nice little gun.

They will hit $600 plus in the last 3 minutes. I have been seeking one for several months now and they are going for new 1911 prices.

I'd grab it at that price. It's kind of a niche gun and I don't know how many they made. In fact, I don't know if they made any in that configuration or if they were conversions.
I think that's a fair price based on your description.

This gun is DAO, not the run of the mill CS, which I already have.

Still a good price, I'd actually prefer DAO in a CS9.

There was just one sold on GB(~ 500), it was stamped CS9D, so I'm thinking 9D's were production guns.

I wish you could search GB for sold items, like ebay has. Gives you a good idea what things are selling for.

If one wants the DA option and the CS fits your hand, there's no better carry 9mm. Be aware as someone else said, it's a niche gun; if you ever want to move it, it may take awhile. I happen to like the platform. At that price, I'd be on it like a duck on a June bug.
