Default Need 645 Right Hand Safety Lever and Screw

Hope someone can help me, I just picked up another 645 auto and unfortunately it is missing the right hand safety lever and screw. Hope someone has one for sale and can help me. I absolutely love my first one and when I saw the second one I had to have it as well. I have looked at Numrich, Brownells, Midway etc with no luck. Want to keep both of them in the family and pass on to my Son, they are fantastic weapons as you already know. Thanks so much

I have tried this several times. Was never successful in locating that elusive right side lever.

You may want to try to locate a third generation ambi safety. They're a little easier to find.

Alternatively, you could get a screw and oversize washer and install them on your gun. Obviously, it won't make it ambi- but at least it will cover up that ugly hole.

I feel your pain.

I just went through this. I ended up buying a couple of parts grab bags off eBay and was able to piece together what I needed for a 3rd gen safety for my 645. I did end up getting the piece that goes through the slide from S&W. It was a good used one, no charge. I know the 3rd gen safety isn't factory original, but I think it's a better design.
