While I'm not familiar with the 4506 specifically, I've used both Wolff and S&W factory springs in my 3rd gens and other guns with no problems.

Generally speaking, Wolff is the way to go if your looking for extra power springs, and they are also normally in stock (maybe always in stock - I've never had a wait with them). They make good aftermarket springs with a reputation for working.

If you are looking for factory standard power springs, I would call S&W first and see if they have any in stock. If not in stock and you don't want to wait, you could always then order from Wolff.

In stock at Brownells. So long as they're available I stick with the OEM springs. Just ordered 10 of 'em for mine.
Recoil Spring, Standard : RECOIL SPRING, STANDARD | Brownells

Cheers
