Default Newbie here - re S&W 9mm model 59

Greetings and Happy Holidays to all . . . .

Thinking about clearing out some of my older weapons and looking for current market/insurance values.

The weapon was purchased new by me in 1981, and has a s/n A664xxx with Original box and papers. Also have Bianchi paddle holster #7L, along with a Safariland belt holster #27 Blk, Pachmayr 59 blk grips, Bianchi dbl mag holder #30, 3 mag's S&W 9mm A

Thanks

Saw a 59 in box at the last gun show, asking price was $500! A but steep to me! But that was just the weapon and a sprare mag with box.
Hopefully a few more knowledgable with prices will chime in.

59's are around quite a bit in the $350 - $400 range, depending upon quality and what's included. Great old pieces. You shoudl keep it. I ahve a hard time even considering parting with any of my guns
